  • Step 1: Contact me! I’m happy to help with any questions about my service.

(You don’t need a GP referral to see me, however if you wish to receive Medicare rebate, you will need to get a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP first)

  • Step 2: For the first 1-3 sessions, I use Biopsychosocial Model to help you to discover the roots of your suffering.

  • Step 3: Once we discover the roots, I use Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy & Havening Techniques® & Parts Work to help you to address the roots.

  • Step 4: Once we heal the past, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify what is important in your life and live according to your personal values.
